Driven by a desire to establish a value-add, high quality Contract Programming and Direct Placement Services firm,  John B. Drinkwater formed TechServe, Inc. (TSI) in 1996 to serve customers primarily in the south eastern Michigan market.  The guiding principles of TSI are treating clients and service delivery professionals with respect, professionalism, honesty, and fairness. It is our belief that doing this ultimately results in better quality, improved service delivery, repeat business, and trusting relationships. This philosophy has allowed the firm to grow a consistently dynamic and profitable organization that focuses on a core group of clients and their information technology resourcing needs.
